We use your details to respond to your enquiry, carry out a site survey, prepare an estimate, and deliver and support any work you commission from us. Where you become a client, we also use them for project correspondence, invoicing and statutory records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share your information only where it is necessary to do the work or to meet a legal obligation:

• The electricity distribution company (DISCOM) and other authorities, where an application, sanction or approval is filed on your behalf
• Equipment manufacturers and suppliers, where hardware is procured or warranty support is raised for your site
• Our accountants, auditors and legal advisers
• Any authority we are legally required to disclose to

04Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from the same domain as the site, so loading a page does not pass your details to another company.

05How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept while there is a realistic prospect of the project proceeding, and deleted after that. Records relating to completed projects are kept for as long as we are required to hold them for tax, warranty and statutory purposes.

06Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the email address below and we will respond.

07Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents by email unless we have asked you to.

08Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified directly.
