02Figures, photographs and specifications

Counts of chargers, sites, cities and energised capacity are indicative and are updated periodically. Project photographs show work we have carried out; equipment ratings quoted alongside them describe the equipment installed at that site and are not a commitment to supply the same at yours.

Charger makes and models shown are the property of their respective manufacturers. Showing them does not imply endorsement by, or a partnership with, those manufacturers unless stated.

03Surveys, estimates and quotations

An initial site survey is offered without charge and without obligation on either side. Any feasibility view or budget estimate arising from it is based on what was visible and available at the time of the visit and on information you supply.

Formal quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Where conditions found during execution differ materially from those established at survey — available load, soil conditions, cable routes, or a change in DISCOM requirements — pricing and programme will be revised and agreed with you before that work proceeds.

04Approvals and third parties

We prepare, file and follow up applications for load sanction, approvals and no-objection certificates on your behalf where our scope includes it. The decision, and the time it takes, rests with the DISCOM or the authority concerned. We cannot guarantee an outcome or a date, and delays attributable to a third party are not delays for which we are responsible.

Statutory fees, security deposits and charges levied by any authority are payable by you unless the quotation states otherwise.

05Your responsibilities

To let us deliver on programme, you agree to provide:

• Safe and timely access to the site for our teams and equipment
• Accurate information about the premises, existing electrical infrastructure and ownership
• Any owner, landlord or association consents required for the work
• Water, power and a secure area for material storage during execution, where reasonably available

06Handover, warranty and maintenance

On commissioning we hand over test reports and as-built documentation. Equipment carries the warranty offered by its manufacturer; our workmanship is warranted for the period stated in your contract.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, supply-side faults, vandalism or force majeure. Maintenance and AMC services are provided on the terms of the separate AMC agreement for that site.

07Payment

Payment terms, milestones and applicable taxes are set out in the quotation or work order. Title to supplied equipment passes on receipt of payment in full for it; risk passes on delivery to site.

08Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Subject to that, our liability in connection with any project is limited to the value of the contract for that project, and we are not liable for loss of revenue, loss of profit or other indirect or consequential loss.

09Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, photographs, drawings and the ChargeOS interface, belongs to Shri Mahadev Power Solutions or its licensors. Drawings and designs we produce for a project may be used by you for that project; they may not be reproduced for another site without our written consent.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
